Early Life and Career Beginnings

Jackson was born in Hong Kong on March 28, 1994. Inspired by musicians like Jay Chou, Wang Leehom, and Rain, a young Jackson became determined to pursue a career as an idol in Korea. At just 17 years old, Jackson moved to Seoul and began training under JYP Entertainment.

After two years of intense training in singing, rapping, dancing, and acrobatics, Jackson made his official debut as a member of JYP‘s new boyband GOT7 in January 2014.
